Sunday Services

HOLY COMMUNION

We celebrate Holy Communion on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, at 8 00am.   Everyone is welcome to join our regular cohort – the more the merrier.

It is a spoken service, quiet and contemplative, much enjoyed by our regular congregation.   In the summer months we sometimes get people who are holidaying on the local canal joining us for this service, and they comment on the beautiful church and the warm welcome they have received.

Why not join us or one of the other services, which take place regularly in St Mary’s, Acton?

MORNING SERVICE

Why attend a Sunday Morning Service?

Here at St. Mary’s we have a choice on offer for our weekly 11.00am service. Every week we hold a service of either Holy Communion, Morning Prayer or Messy Church where there is something special for everybody regardless of age.

The Sunday Morning Service is the one for me and I feel that it helps me to start the week in the right frame of mind!

At this moment of time, as we begin to emerge from lockdown, we all face challenges and for some of us future problems may seem overwhelming.

At the coffee and biscuits social time which follows every morning service it’s a time to get to know each other a little better and to give each other mutual support.

We hope to see you there!

Sunday Evening Services

1st and 3rd Sundays at 5pm (after ‘Tea at The Tower’)

These services, usually Evening Prayer, offer a calm and reflective end to Sunday’s.

As with all our services, you will be very welcome.
