(1) the union of the parish of Saint Oswald, Worleston and the parish of Acton, being two of the parishes within the area of the benefice of Acton and Worleston, Church Minshull and Wettenhall;
(2) the parish church of the parish of Acton to be the parish church of the new parish; and
(3) the parish church of the parish of Saint Oswald, Worleston to be a chapel of ease in the new parish
all in the Diocese of Chester.
