Messy Church – March 2025

Messy Church – 16th March 2025

It was all action in March! We were introduced to St Patrick, patron saint of Ireland and thought about his similarities with St Paul arguably the Church’s greatest man with a mission who wrote many letters and suffered for his faith. Chained to his Roman guard in prison and eyeing up his armour, Paul wrote about the “armour” a Christian needs.  April was kitted out with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the shoes of peace and held the sword of the spirit and shield of faith!  Colonel Tim lead us in some army style exercises, then we made biscuit and card shields and hand-held crosses while Peter’s group discussed Paul’s inspiration for his letters to the Ephesians.

Join us for the Easter story, April 13th at 10am.
